    Now how can I even begin to express my wonderful experience with Tina, it's absolutely impossible to put into words. I will say that she has made the experience of selling and buying a house in a very short time an absolute delight. She is by far the most caring, sweetest and professional agent I have ever come across she always looks out for the absolute best interest of her clients. She was always available and ready to answer any questions or help us in any way no matter the time of day. She is definitely the kind of agent other agents should look up to strive to be like and learn from, a true professional and an outstanding woman. Oh and let's not forget she sold my house just a few hours after it got listed!!!! Doesn't get better than that. I highly recommend Tina for all your real estate needs.

    Legal issues are always difficult especially when it's family law. I was always able to email Crystal with concerns or request clarification. She would do her best to return my many lengthy emails within a day or two and or give me ring. I was assured that she would be there to represent me always prepared and kind calm and collected when I certainly was not. I highly recommend her for family law. She always put the interest and well being of my children first. In doing so she made me feel cared for and I had never experienced law care before her. I will continue to use Crystal as a lawyer in the event I have another legal matter.

    I will only give a one star. I am so upset with the use of VISA card through Sterling bank in Iremit. My mom's Iremit visa card was lost and I asked them to block the account. Now I want to retrieve the money, they said they will charge me 250 to 400 pesos for the retrieval and ammendment. Wow! Ang laki naman ng kaltas. So disappointed with Iremit!

    The units are very affordable and clean. The office staff were nice and always answered my questions thoroughly. The maintenance guys always came quickly and were very helpful. Overall, the management was very accommodating and I would highly recommend them.
